BAPTISM?
by Danny Pettus
Most everyone teaches that one must believe to be saved. Most teach that one must repent of sin to be saved. But not everyone teaches that one must be baptized to be saved.
Many teach that one does not have to be baptized to be saved. What does the Bible teach about baptism? What do you believe about baptism?
Look closely and find the difference between the statements in the two columns. Then look up the scripture at the top of these different statements, and see which one is in your Bible.

The Bible says one thing. Some people say another. Both cannot be right. Have you looked up the scriptures to see which one the Bible says? Do you believe what the Bible says? Did you think you were saved before baptism, or were you baptized to be saved? Did you know that the blood of Jesus washes away sins when you are baptized (Revelation 1:5 and Acts 22:16)?
